It's location, purpose, and creator is unknown. Unknown Relic- something within his possession allows him to take the form of a rubasyn. His collection of rare items is extensive and possibly stolen, but no one has discovered it, nor his shapeshifting relic from the North.) He likes the form better, very rarely is he a dragon. (Truth is, his real form is a dragon, but an object he owns that once belonged to a Cardinal is in his possession, allowing him to use his common rubasyn form.
